Not at all, our Maquistador are extremely silent, light and flexible. Indeed, our entire sole, including the heel, is covered in leather so you will have a light and silent step on your parquet floor.

Our Maquistador have been created for indoor use, they are high quality slippers. The leather sole is not suitable for regular outdoor use on asphalt. On the other hand, if you want to wear them outside daily, we recommend that you have an oversole or pads fitted by your shoemaker (front pad + heel pad).

If despite our pedometer and our recommendations you still have doubts about your size or that of a loved one, do not hesitate to write to us at contact@maquistador.com . For more simplicity, write your telephone number in your message, we will be able to call you back as soon as possible in order to advise you as best we can. However, please note that if the size does not fit, our products are exchangeable or refundable for 100 days after receipt of the package (new product never worn, in its original packaging), you will be able to change your size without any problem if necessary.

Yes, after a few days on your feet, the soft leather of our shoes will fit the curves of your feet and relax accordingly. In addition, the memory foam sole will also adapt to the morphology of your feet. It is therefore normal to feel even more comfortable in your shoes after a few days.

For indoor use it is not necessary to resole your Maquistador.

We have chosen a leather inner lining because it is naturally antibacterial and therefore prevents bad odors. We have noticed that with a real or fake fur lining, slippers tend to smell bad very quickly. Our shoes are made to last and personally we did not want to put on slippers that smell bad... Know that under the leather there is a soft foam that offers you the greatest comfort.

Indeed, it is quite possible to develop a color especially for you: change the main color of the shoe or change the color of the borders. It is also possible to write your initials on your shoes, this request will be the subject of a price study which will then be sent to you by email. Please note, however, that custom-made or personalized models will not be exchangeable or refundable.




Shipping and Returns



No problem, our shoes can be exchanged or refunded within 100 days of receipt of the package, provided that you have not worn your shoes and that you return them in their original packaging (fabric pouch, wooden bars and paper padding).

No problem, you can make your purchase online and send us an email following your purchase to the following address: contact@maquistador.com We will take care of removing the invoice from the package and sending your personalized message to the person of your choice.
